Adult Hand Building Pottery Class Jan-Feb 2016

Instructor: Theresa LeRose


This is a 5 week Beginner Level Class in learning slab techniques in pottery.  The students will make basic shapes and then be taught how to manipulate and change the surface shape, add addition shapes and textures using multiple methods to create a unique piece.  During this time multiple pieces can be made.  Students will have access to slab roller, extruder, molds and other tools in room and be taught how they are used.   

Dates: Jan-Feb


Jan. 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, Feb 7th

Time:  12:30-2:30

Fee: $120 for VISAC Members $145 for non-members (Clay is not included in this cost but can be purchased by bag from Club at $15/ ½ bag) General pottery tools are available for use in studio.  **Class Fee ($120 for VISAC Members $145 for non-members)  must be paid in full prior to starting date**
