How to Donate:
- You can donate via PayPal through our secure portal. Click the Donate button:
-E-transfers by email to director@visacgallery.com *If sending an e-transfer, please send us an email to visacmanager@gmail.com, letting us know to look for it and with the name and address where we may send the charitable receipt to.
- Cheques can be mailed to VISAC Gallery, 1501 Cedar Ave, Trail, V1R 4C7. Please include your name and return address for a charitable reciept.
VISAC, or the 'Greater Trail Area Creative Activities Centre Society for the Visual Arts', was established in 1989 as a charitable non-profit society. Before that, it was called the 'Trail Art Club' in the 60s with the largest number of artists in the area organizing together.
The society requires support from a variety of sources to continue operations and offering accessible and relevant programming by receiving funding from local and senior levels of government, sponsors, annual memberships and grants.
VISAC has been resurgent in recent years as dedicated staff and small core of volunteers has improved the overall quality of exhibits, expanded programming and events, and steadily upgraded the space and equipment.
