"Changes Upstream" is an exhibit of black and white photographs taken before and after the construction of the Libby Dam. It documents the dramatic changes in the East Kootenay communities spread along the Kootenay River just north of the International Border between 1969 and 1972. Nelson-born photographer Stanley G. Triggs is the former curator of the McCord Museum of Photography at McGill University.

The exhibit was on loan from Touchstones Nelson: Museum of Art and History.
