How long you have been involved with VISAC? 6 years
Where are you from? The States. Before coming to Canada I lived in Seattle and San Francisco
Name some of your favorite artists? Salvador Dali, Avant-Garde identifying artists, so many local and Slocan Valley artists, anyone that pushes boundaries and/or incorporates art into their wardrobe. I live for Vibrancy and Color; )
What is your favorite color? Green
What do you think of when you think 'Arts in Trail' ? I think of all the wonderful talent and passions (both tapped and untapped ) to be supported and showcased locally. There is such a great melting pot of interests, hopes, and expression in Trail
Raymond Masleck: VISAC PRESIDENT
Raymond Masleck enjoys supporting the work of artists rather than endeavoring to be one himself. A retired newspaper reporter, he came to Trail in 1980 after graduating with a degree in commerce and economics from Concordia University in Montreal, where he was born. He is also president of the Trail District Arts Council, Rotary Club of Trail, and Trail Senior Citizen's Villa Society. He lives in Warfield with his wife Linda.
